I am healthier than I have been in my life

In February 2020, I was extremely fortunate to be referred to Dr. Casey Miller for post-surgical physical therapy following a total knee replacement. In conjunction with a vigorous, hands-on rehab regimen, Dr. Miller prescribed and monitored a complementary at-home regimen of exercises and stretches. During this same rehab period, Dr. Miller shared her expertise in nutrition counseling and her skills as a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), setting me up with a tailored, goal-oriented cardio and weight training exercise regimen that I continue to follow to this date.

There is truly something to be said about meeting the right person at the right moment in your life… Because of Dr. Miller’s personality, expertise, and teaching skills, I have lost a significant amount of weight, enjoy exercising for the right reasons, and am healthier than I have been in my life. I highly recommend Prime Physical Therapy. It can be a game-changer.

I really can't recommend her enough

I worked with Casey for several years, and she is – by far – the best physical therapist I’ve seen. I struggle with vestibular migraine, with symptoms ranging from tightness in my neck to pain running through the base of my head, and Casey always relieved my discomfort. Over the years, I also dealt with tendinosis in one of my shoulders, but regular visits with Casey really helped speed up my recovery. She’s thoughtful with her approach, incredibly attentive to my specific needs, and she lays out a clear game plan for how to continue living while working toward recovery. I really can’t recommend her enough – she’s awesome!

I’m once again hiking several miles a day!

After suffering with a “pain in the foot” for 6 months, Casey gave it “the boot” in less than 6 weeks! Her amazing insight of knowing an issue may be “further up the chain” is unique, along with the one-on-one attention given! Casey completely explains every detail of her visit along with at-home therapy options….I’m once again hiking several miles a day! She is the best PT “feet down”.

Casey is one of the most passionate physical therapists I’ve been around and delivers exceptional one on one care to all of her patients. I couldn’t recommend her enough for anyone dealing with an ache/pain. Function of my shoulder went from inability to put my hand up to complete performance

I recently completed therapy for my shoulder at Prime and had a great experience. Function of my shoulder went from inability to put my hand up on the steering wheel, lift articles of clothing on a hanger to the closet rod, etc to complete performance of all activities of daily living. Shelly worked with me and I highly recommend her!
